We are looking for energetic and well-spoken Female Tele-Callers to join our growing team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining services to potential clients, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and explain company services or job opportunities.

• Maintain a detailed record of all calls and customer feedback in the database.

• Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews or meetings.

• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets to earn additional incentives.

Requirements

• Gender: Only Female candidates.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.

• Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Attitude: Must be polite, confident, and patient on the phone.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 6,000 per month.
