We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant for a prominent Property Dealer and Builder & Construction firm located in Naubasta, Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing financial records and handling accounts specific to the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Accurately recording all Sale and Purchase transactions related to property and construction materials.

  • Banking Operations: Managing daily Bank entries, reconciliation, and keeping track of deposits and withdrawals.

  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining general ledgers, cash books, and ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.

  • GST & Taxation: Preparing basic GST data and ensuring timely documentation for tax filings.

  • Reporting: Providing weekly or monthly financial reports to the management regarding profit/loss and pending payments.

  • Vendor & Client Management: Keeping a clean record of payments due to vendors and payments receivable from property buyers.

Requirements

  • Gender: Only Female candidates.

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com or any equivalent degree in Accounting.

  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel is highly preferred.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a construction or real estate firm will be a major advantage.

Salary & Timings

  • Monthly Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 (Negotiable as per candidate’s skills/experience).

  • Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

  • Job Type: Full-time.
