Fast2Jobs (a brand of DRPS INDIA) offers digital job posting subscriptions and employer packages (such as Starter ₹249, Growth ₹499, and Premium ₹999). Due to the immediate digital activation of job listings and candidate lead access, all payment transactions made on Fast2Jobs are treated as final.
Refund requests are considered only under exceptional technical circumstances, such as duplicate payment deductions caused by bank gateway glitches. If an amount is debited twice for the same plan subscription, the duplicate charge will be processed back to the original source account within 5 to 7 business days after verification.
Employers may deactivate or pause their posted job listings from their dashboard at any time. However, disabling or deactivating an active job post does not qualify for a prorated cash refund or credit rollover for unused days.
Fast2Jobs services are completely free for job seekers. We never charge candidates for account registration, job searches, or submitting direct applications via WhatsApp or phone.
